POSTER PRESENTERS TAKE NOTE! The poster boards used for this Congress will be the vertical style of board. Prepare your Poster to fit within a display board size of: 4 feet wide. Please note that the board is 8' high, but stands on the floor so the bottom and top sections are not typically visible, and we recommend you limit your poster to 5 feet tall.

POSTER PRESENTERS TAKE NOTE! We are having so much success on this conference that we are running out of space in our exhibit/poster area!
We are looking at alternatives in how we can set up the conference to maximize our space as we anticipate our attendance will exceed our expectations.
Please respond to the email sent to you on Friday, April 8 about the vertical poster board option. If your response is not received by April 15 it will be assumed that you have not yet produced your poster and can use a vertical board if necessary.
All poster presenters will be notified during the week of April 18 with the final poster dimensions.

Please ensure you review the guidelines carefully to avoid unnecessary delays or rejection due to improper format.
CSCC Roundtable Submission is now open - click on the Roundtables menu item on the left side of the screen to review the opportunities to submit your proposal for a Breakfast Roundtable session.
