ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- Oral presentations will be 10 minutes long plus 5 minutes for discussion. A schedule of presentations will be prepared prior to the conference and you will be notified of your specific time slot.
- A computer and full powerpoint set up will be provided. Presenters must bring their presentation file on a USB stick.
- Presentations will be loaded on the onsite computer prior to the presentation. Details on the time and place to meet to load your presentation will be provided to you when you register at the conference.
- Clinical Chemistry Orals: date and time for clinical chemistry oral presentations is to be determined. Abstracts submitted from Trainees will be peer reviewed and the three best will be selected for oral presentation. The three oral presentations will be judged and the best presentation awarded a special prize. Only work carried out while the Trainee is registered in a Clinical Biochemistry Program qualifies for an Oral Presentation. Trainees selected for an oral presentation will also present the work in poster format and compete for the awards given to the best three posters.
- Pathology Orals: 12 pathology oral presentations will be presented on Monday, June 6, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
